Menu not scrolling to section below on mobile

    Around 600px and below, when I click a link in the menu, the page scrolls down but falls short of the section by about half of the screen.

    It works fine above 600px.

    Do you know what may be causing this and is there some jquery i can use to offset this under 600px?
