    Hi Barry,

Right now, ShiftNav doesn’t seem to be present on your site. So either it has been disabled, or the them is missing the requisite wp_head and wp_footer hooks to include the appropriate assets.

I noticed you are getting a javascript error from the theme’s third-party.js mobile menu function, which may be preventing ShiftNav’s javascript from running when it is active. So the first thing you’ll want to do is resolve that theme javascript error to ensure that ShiftNav can run properly.

    Hope that helps! 🙂

    Hi Chris,

thanks for your reply and I’am sorry about the disabled plugin. I was trying and trying and forget to activate it again in case you would take a look. And you did 🙂

it’s online again and i’ll take a look at your comments about the javascript.

thanks and ‘ll get back to you about that.

    cheers Barry

    Hi Barry,

Right now it looks like you have the toggle breakpoint set to something like 60 pixels, which is too small (you’ll never actually see the toggle bar on a mobile device). You should set it to something between 480 and 960

Once I revealed the toggle bar through the DevTools, I was able to click it and the menu opened and functioned just fine.

I think you just need to increase your breakpoint.

    Hope that helps 🙂

    Hi Chris,

i’ve modified breakpoints a view times but I don’t see any change. Can you explain a little what you mean with ‘i revealed the togglebar through DeVTOols”?

Hi Chris, before you take a look again: i’ve disabled shaftnav again. I first have a javascript issue to handle because i can’t get it working properly.

If java is resolved and shiftnav still not working I ‘ll get back to you. thanks so far for your support.

Hi Kikoweb, to me it looks like it’s working fine on your website.
so, i guess you’ve fixed it!

Hi sevenspark, I’m having a similar problem. The plugin was installed, I assigned a menu to use and set the appropriate breakpoint.

That said, nothing happens when tapping or clicking the responsive nav icon.

This is the domain being worked on:

I appreciate any help you could offer.

    Hi fryewp,

Doesn’t look like you have the plugin installed any longer, but if nothing is happening when clicking the icon it would generally suggest you have some sort of javascript error interfering with the plugin’s script.

    Best,

    Chris
