 * Hello,
    in a very fresh installation, based on the genesis framework, the auto
   menu of nested page does not work. It display no pages. Someone else is experiencing
   the same problem? Best regards.

 * I had multiple complaints about the menu being enabled by default, so it is now
   disabled by default on fresh installs.
