# Menu not changing with language

 * Hey,
 * Perhaps this is beyond resolution but I use polylang plugin and want to use the
   responsive menu plugin too (it’s great!)… but my menu switcher will not change–
   [see this site](http://www.bookwormtranslations.com). (obviously, needs to be
   smaller than 700px or so wide)
 * Selecting a different language doesn’t change the menu. In settings I have selected
   the english menu as the one to change… is there a way not to select any and let
   this be automatic?
 * Or, could I have multiple instantiations of responsive menu running (one for 
   each language) and only have each one appear in the correct language? This could
   work if it was possible to insert the responsive menu as a widget, perhaps?
 * ANy help much appreciated, will make donation if I can resolve this 🙂

 * N.B. I should add that I use polylang (which is supposed to be supported?)… again,
   I am happy to donate if this can be resolved!

 * OK – found the solution and it is here:

 * You just need to change your settings in your string translations to reflect 
   the menu names e.g. menu_en, menu_fr, menu_de etc. The above link clearly explains.
