 * appearance – theme options – menu – (edit menu tab): I have two menus – one of
   which is acting as the top menu and the section menu, I just want it to be the
   section menu with no top menu – is this possible?

 * Have you checked the toolbar box/s at the bottom of the menu page ?
 * I have a similar problem where I only have two menu locations and some of the
   top tabs do not work.
