Menu Items title don’t appear

    I tried used Nav Menu for my website but ran into a problem. When I was editing it in Elementor, it looked great. But when I published and checked my website, I found this instead of the menu items:

    Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix it? Otherwise the addon is great.

    Hi,

    This is weird, we’ve never experienced anything like this yet. Looks like a 3rd party plugin or Database issue.

    Try to create a new menu from Appearance > Menus and then select this newly created menu from our widget. If this doesn’t help then please follow the steps below.

    Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com
    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    P.S. If there is a bug, we will be able to help you and fix the issue globally as well.
