Menu items order effected when using this plugin

    Hi,

    I’m having a bit of a trouble using this plugin which previously worked like a charm. When changing the order of my custom taxonomy terms, the order of my menu items are changed and the taxonomy terms ordering doesn’t change or is saved.

    I’m using wp_list_categories to output the taxonomy terms and it worked great in an earlier version of the plugin/WP.

    WP: v4.1
    Plugin: v1.4.1
