 * I am still having issues with the number “3” showing up after each menu item.
   Any help would be greatly appreciated

 * The dead links should be just #. Kindly go through the links and make sure the
   custom links that serve as the main menu items before the dropdowns contain just
   the character #.

 * You have a CSS issue. In your style.css you have this rule:
    #et-secondary-nav.
   menu-item-has-children>a:first-child:after, #top-menu .menu-item-has-children
   >a:first-child:after which has content: “3”. You can either delete it or use 
   the rule #et-secondary-nav .menu-item-has-children>a:first-child:after, #top-
   menu .menu-item-has-children>a:first-child:after{ content:””!important; }
