Menu items displaying next to each other and not in a list

Hi,

I can’t figure out how to get the menu items to display as a list and not next to each other. The only way I could think is to change the width to force them into a list, but then the sub menu items look bad.

Also, I set the parent link sub menu to no, but it still opens the sub menu instead of the actual page.
