Menu items can't be deleted

    I have a wordpress site hosted by Bluehost. I can’t make changes in my menu items. When I try to delete, move around or add pages, nothing happens and the the wordpress seems to go blank. What could be the problem?
    I have tried to deactivate my plugins and delete the ones I don’t use.
    wordpress is extremely slow when updating…. what to do?

    What theme are you using?

    Are you using the theme’s default menu, or have you defined a custom menu?

    I am using Genesis and Lifestyle Child Theme – I am not a coding person, so I can’t work in CSS etc.
    I am in the long process of moving all my content to a free wordpress account as this works… strange?
    however, if you can help me I would appreciate it

    As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.
