Menu Item Limit

Here is the warning I get inb my menu. I notice not all my files are showing up

I am being hosted by Go daddy and they talked about a PHP.5 ini file. I have NO CLUE, I am the owner(user) if the site, NOT a developer or designer. But, I need to fix this… How do I?? Please? Thanks!!
