Menu item is next to another item and not below

    I have tab menus on my page. Under one of the tabs, it has the sub-menu, the problem is that 2 sub menus are side by side instead of under. So they look like this.

    Parent tab
    sub-menu sub-menu
    sub-menu
    sub-menu
    sub-menu
    sub-menu

    I have changed the order of sub-menu but it still ends up next to and not below other sub-menus.

    The page is http://firebase116.org/ and the misbehaving child is located under the “Veteran’s Health” Parent Tab > PTSD & TBI > National Center for PTSD ABOUT FACE – National Center for PTSD

    Is the problem I’m having a Mantra problem or WordPress problem? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
