menu issues

im using the supernav code on wp1.5 and i have it entered into my index in my theme folder.
the problem is that at my index page the menu shows up but not once you read a post or look into the archives
please look at my site, notice the menu at the top (i know the links dont work but once the menu is done i will finish the site)
