    Let me ask you first, is your WooCommerce up to date, pls?

    Thank you very much for your quick answer.

    We have few options and I would like you to try em all. Best for this (we advise all our user the same) is to have a staging site where you test all your updates before you do them for your live site.

    1. The installation may have simply failed. Please, try to deactivate, uninstall and try again. If that fails, pls try point 2.
    2. Deactivate all plugins on the site apart of WooCommerce and ATUM (I mean all of them so the count at the top says 2 active plugins). If ATUM appears there is a plugin blocking the installation.
    3. If none of the above works, let me know. The problem need to be looked at by my technical team.
