# Menu is Empty

 * Hey Peter. I really love this plugin. Seeing it on some of the users’ sites has
   got me very excited to start implementing this menu for my clients. The stock
   responsive menu for the genesis framework is rubbish. I have installed the plugin
   and changed up the options I would like to have, added the menu title etc. I 
   have hidden the main nav and have declared which menu i would like to “responsify”
   and updated all of my changes multiple times. My menu is empty though, no pages
   are inside. If you could take a look or point me in the right direction that 
   would be awesome. Do you have a donate link?

 * I was checking the elements that show in chrome…the menu is populating in the
   divs but the menu items are not visible. Do you think it may be a coloring issue?

 * For some reason you have the following inside your styles.css file on line 2928:
 *     ```
       .responsive-menu
       {
       display: none;
       }
       ```
   
 * Please remove this and you will see all the items correctly.

 * I dont have that many lines in my css.

 * I can see that rule in the main style sheet but it is within media queries that
   come built in to the theme i am using. I dont know if i change it will it fix
   this issue or break something else.

 * As i suspected…removing the rule that you found just makes my primary nav show
   up on smaller screens, which is removed by the rule you found within the media
   query

 * Hey,
 * So now you just need to find a unique id or class for the original menu and add
   it to the “CSS of menu to hide” option inside the Responsive Menu admin.
 * Unfortunately I’m just on a mobile now so can’t find this for you but its fairly
   easy to do.
