# Menu & Header spaceing

 * Hi,
 * I’m looking for a bit of help regarding the menu and header settings.
 * Website: [http://www.sanhs.org/test/](http://www.sanhs.org/test/)
 * I’m trying to get it so that the menu bar does not overlap with the header. I’ve
   had a play around with most settings but I can’t fix it. The header that is visible
   is only showing about 3/4 of what is should do. Does anyone have any ideas?

 * Please go under your **Appearance > Theme Options > Header** and increase the
   padding bottom to 88px as like this (see: [http://prntscr.com/9wqc51](http://prntscr.com/9wqc51)).

 * Any idea how to change the colour of the menu and or the writing on the menu 
   form the black to a white? I was like that initially but somehow, or some reason,
   changed when I had the header issue.
