# Menu for specific users

 * Hello,
 * I was wondering if there is a way to show the “Downloads” menu in the admin dashboard
   for specific users besides admin. An example scenario, I want user1 who is an
   editor to add a new download, but they don’t have access to that menu to add 
   a new file.

 * Our plugin only allows administrators to access the downloads. To allow other
   user roles to access it, you will need 3rd party plugin such as [https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/).
