Menu floating high

I love this! especially if I can get it to work right for me.

when you scroll down, you can just make out the bottom pixels of the menu, so it’s floating with the scroll.. just too high, is there an easy way to adjust this down by 20-30 pixels so the top of the menu bar hits the top of the browser?

any help would be great!
