I would like to have a menu. So that's why I tried transmenu and some other menu's. But none of them did work. Today I tried the Transmenu plugin again. And this time I discovered that it works on Firefox but not on Internet Explorer. What can I do to solve this problem?

I hope somebody can help me. ( for when it helps. This is the site where it's all about, it's in Dutch so probably you don't understand it :p : http://www.sjoerdmeuleman.nl )

My IE6 menus were bugging, the positioning of the drop down was on top of the original li tags.

i merely created an IE specific style sheet and added ".transMenu{margin-top:20px;}." Obviously you would set the margin to your need.

I also came across a blog that had a fix for IE7 here (translated by google from german):

    carlomontagnino or anyone else!!!

having problems with IE6 also. looks perfect in firefox, in IE6 there's too much space between the links... navbar is pushed onto a 2nd row.

i stripped css out of header.php and the menus showed up vertically! tried to write my own css to get it to show up horizontally, which was a miserable failure :) Tried using an IE specific style sheet. Either it didnt work, or I did it wrong.

please help! my blog is HERE

im using the PopBlue theme which is perfect.

love this plugin. dont love IE :(

    hi guys,

The solution I use myself is the one suggested by carlomontagnino.

Its sad but true, like Metallica used to sing.

All the javascript and css of this plugin are tricky and it has an enormous potential of not working well with some themes. I would say this is not a plug & play plugin and shoul be used for those who are not afraid of going into some HTML and CSS.

I also would like to say that Ive just released a new version that fixes the problem that this plugin would list every page, including drafts and privates. Now it never displays drafts, and privates onlu when you are logged in
