 * Hello,
    I want to be able to restrict user to change certain items in the navigation
   menu editor in the backend. Some items should be locked to user that is not administrators(
   I have changed so Editors can edit menus in the menu editor). Example:
 * Parent 1 LOCKED
    – Child 1 LOCKED – Child 2 LOCKED – Child 3 NOT LOCKED – Child
   4 NOT LOCKED etc Parent 2 LOCKED – Child 1 LOCKED – Child 2 LOCKED – Child 3 
   NOT LOCKED – Child 4 NOT LOCKED etc Parent 3 NOT LOCKED Parent 4 NOT LOCKED etc
 * Is this possible?
