• Hi,

when I am in customize mode, the Menu is visible and everything looks fine. Once saved and left this mode. The stocky header still does appear with site name on the left but without the menu on the right.

The theme I am using does not natively support menus, and with other themes your Header works just fine – as it appears while customizing I just thought maybe you know how to fix it.

    Your help is appreciated.

    Thanks and best regards
    Sven

    Sven,

Sorry to hear that. Sticky Header is coded with WordPress best practices in mind and should work with themes created in the same manner.

How about you contact the theme developer and see if he knows how to fix it?

The same is happening with my site. I have a menu in Menus and it’s showing up in customizing, but on the live site, the menu does not show.

How can I make sure the menu does show?

@indira14: If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

I had the same issue but fixed it by changing the fonts for my theme in appearance –> customize. I set them both to the blank default option. Not sure if another selection will work yet but the issue seems resolved for me.
