# Menu created is missing

 * The menu that I created is missing. Therefore, I can’t make any changes to the
   menu (i.e. add or delete any items on the menu). Can someone help me ?

 * how about some helpful information like
    1) what theme? 2) are you using a menu
   plugin 3) what happens if you disable ALL plugins (debugging 101) 4) what is 
   the url 5) what are the exact steps you used to create the menu?

    2) No, I am not using any menu plugin 3) I tried but no impact
   4) [http://www.highpinestc.com](http://www.highpinestc.com) 5) Initially I created
   the menu from Appearance > Menu but now I can’t see the menu that I have created.
   Therefore, I am not able to make any changes anymore.
 * Then I tried to create from Customize. When I create new menu it is ok, but once
   I get out from the Customize > Menu page, the menu that I have created will disappear.
   Therefore, I am not able to make any changes anymore.

 * I can’t help you with your theme since it is a premium theme.
 * But what happens if you swap to twenty-sixteen and disable ALL your plugins –
   can you edit your menu then?
 * If so, you need to contact your [theme author for support](http://webriti.com/support/categories/appointment).
   We do not have access to premimum themes.
