 * hi i have been having trouble trying to change the colour of my menu bar and 
   the righting in the menu aswell can any one help me i think im lost

 * Thanks for writing in! if you wish to change the color of navigation menu, so
   you can go to **Appearance > Theme Options > Styling > Menu Color** as per shown
   here: [http://prntscr.com/878523](http://prntscr.com/878523).
 * Secondly, in regard to the font color so that you can find under **Appearance
   > Theme Options > Typography > Main Menu Font** as per the directions are showing
   here: [http://prntscr.com/8785jl](http://prntscr.com/8785jl).
