Menu causes strange site issues

    This is placed on the secondary menu 1/4 down the page starting with “Overview”

    The plugin changes the aspects of the div that has the menu located in it. It makes it so that it has added margins on top and bottom and changes the div from full width to a fixed width. Another strange thing is that when I go to inspect the code it locks up that portion, almost like it is being continuously refreshed.
