Thanks for your patience. One thing that jumps out at me right away is that there are several JavaScript errors firing on your homepage, which could easily prevent JRSM from functioning properly (I also notice that the plugin appears to be deactivated, which makes it difficult to diagnose the failure exactly). Here are the JS errors I’m seeing:

Your first step should be trying to resolve these JS conflicts, as they could very well be causing the problem.
