To share the export file, go to Technical tab -> Transfer section, click Export button and save the export file to your computer.

Our developer has checked the issue. And this is a theme-specific issue where it is creating two copy of menu element one for static header and one for normal header and both of element have the same id so that conflicting the button.

There is no quick solution to this issue. The only way is the user can use the normal way instead of shortcode on the header or skip static header.
