Menu button appearing in Main Navigation

    I am using Dynamic News Lite as a parent theme to a child. When I upgraded to the lates DNL version 1.1.7, an ugly “menu” button is appearing in the main navigation bar at any browser window width.

    The code is “button id=”mainnav-toggle” class=”nav-toggle active”

    I assume this is some sort of fallback. But I copied/pasted the new parent theme navigation code into my child theme, but it didn’t fix it. So I can’t figure out what changed in the parent theme to cause this “menu” button to appear in my child theme.

    Can you help?
