[Viper's Video Quicktags] Menu behind quicktime video

Hi, I embedded a quicktime video on a page using the plugin, but my dropdown menu is partially behind the video. I tried to resolve the problem using z-index but that didn’t help. Any ideas how to get my dropdown back??
