Hello,
1. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all – save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.
2. Try to disable the cache plugin temporarily and check it works or not.
Hi Amit,
I tried both of those things and it did not have any success I’m afraid.
I did both Number 1 and 2 that you listed above.
Try to disable all the plugin except Ocean Extra + Woocommerce and check it works or not. Also, go to Customize > Woocommerce > General section and check if you have removed the oceanwp woocommerce features.
Hello,
I checked in Customize > Woocommerce > General and everything looks fine there. I have not disabled OceanWP woocommerce features.
I also tried to disable all the plugins on my WordPress backend.
I left Woocommerce and Woocommerce Admin plugin, and Ocean Extra.
I also had to leave Elementor and Elementor Pro.
So with those 5 plugins I am still getting the error with the Cart Styling.
I am not sure how to proceed. If I deactivate Elementor and Elementor Pro then I cannot access any of my pages (I used the page builder to create the Header of the site where the Woocommerce Menu Cart/Basket is).
I am not sure how Elementor could be the problem though, because at a stage previously while I was also using Elementor, there was not this problem with the Menu Cart. So if it worked previously with Elementor I am not sure why that might be causing the problem now…
I am quite confused.
Would really appreciate any guidance and assistance.
Thank you.
Another thing to note, is that the AJAX is not functioning properly either.
When I add a product to cart the AJAX works and the Menu Cart pops up.
However, if I click the small “x” to remove the Product from the Cart, it removes the product BUT it refreshes the page instead of using AJAX.
Hi,
Just a note:
My website was down for a while. While I was deactivating all the plugins (as you requested) my site crashed due to one of the plugins having some faulty code in the child theme.
I have since sorted that issue out.
Would love to figure out a solution to this one. The styling of the Menu Cart/Basket drop-down doesn’t really match the rest of the website.
Thank you.
Hello @happyhealthyhonesthuman
You may opt by heading to Customising > WooCommerce > Menu Basket, and adjust colours, size, etc according to your needs.
Hello Alex,
Thank you for the suggestion.
When I edit the settings there, the settings change but they do not reflect on the live site. Even the styling of the buttons is incorrect. They should have rounded curves, however, they are rectangular.
This is not to do with settings configuration, there is some other error happening here.
Would sincerely appreciate any assistance.
Thank you for your time and energy.
Hello OceanWp,
I am still having the same issue with the styling of the Menu Basket buttons (see original post).
I have tried all the solutions mentioned above, however it is not coming right.
Any suggestions?
All the other buttons on my website look fine, except these ones.
I have edited the settings in the Customizer, but they do not affect the buttons on the live site.
Some of the setting under Customize -> Woocommerce -> Menu Basket, I can change in the customizer and then they change on the site. For example the drop-down background, if I change it from white to red, then it changes on the site.
However, when I change the colours for the button settings it does not have any affect at all.
So some of the settings work and some don’t…
Kind regards,
Jethro
Hi OceanWP Team,
I’ve recently faced with the same issue. I had tried all of the above suggestions, but nothing works.
During my troubleshooting I was disabling different plugins to find the conflicting one and I’ve finally found it. That’s Elementor Pro.
When I turn it off, Cart Menu displays properly. I assume, that’s because Elementor Pro also has Woo Cart widget and somehow they conflict.
Obviously, I can’t stop using Elementor Pro, so I would really appreciate to have some fix.
Many thanks,
Kon
Hi Konstantine,
Thank you for sharing your experience of the issue.
Same Issue here !
I think maybe it started after installing Elementor-Pro plugin
I tried to deactivate it, the shape has changed for worse, but never back to the original one that i customizes via woocommerce & my theme.
We need a solution please.

I found a solution :
Cpanel > elementor > settings > Integrations > Woocommerce : Disable Mini Cart Template
It worked , i hope you guys benefit from this too !
@3azzzeh thank you. This was driving me insane.
