Menu and Header image do NOT show?? Help?

    Hi, My site is http://beautifullyinked.us I am trying to get this to work and I have it where I could be happy with it but these 2 issues are quite severe. First of all, When I select a header image that’s been resized to the recommend settings of a 100×30 PNG file it does not show. You see it on the site right now only because I added the code into my top advertising spot to show my header instead of an advertisement. Worked fine for that issue but how do I get around my missing menu??
