 * Can I create a page which is not displayed in the menu of my site?
 * e.g I want to create a page saying restricted access…etc. but i don’t want my
   websites menu to have the page restricted access in it.

 * You can exclude that page from your menu but using something like:
 * <?php wp_list_pages(‘exclude=4’)?>

 * Do I post this on all pages I want to exclude that menu item on? Or is there 
   a control file I can paste it into only once?

 * The code for your menu should be somewhere in the header.php file. If you make
   the edit there, it will take care of changes on all of the pages.
