 * I have a tab on the homepage that should read iMatter and under that there should
   be 4 submenus. I see it correctly when I am logged into the admin console. However
   when I go to our website, I don’t see the submenus on the live page

 * This is not a support question for this plugin. It does not alter the front end
   menus.
 * The only admin menus you can toggle with this plugin are in the Network->Settings
   menu accessible via the Network dashboard. And that is not what you are looking
   at there.
