Men's and Women's products on Men's and Women's page

How can I put different products on different pages? All of my products default to the shop page. I want my women’s products to display on my women’s page, and men’s products on my men’s page.

I have product categories. I have products I want in the correct categories, I just don’t know how to link a category to a page.

All of the tutorials I have seen are too outdated to follow.
