    Hi,

I am getting the following error in wp-admin :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /xx/xx/public_html/wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 104

I can get to the wp-admin screen and login, Its when I login I get this error.

I have tried modifying my .hatccess and that is currently set at 1024M, I have looked at the wp-config.php change too and again, This error occurs.

I have also tried disabling plugins and no change.

This has happened, after I tried to update WP to latest version. So I’ve deleted the .maintenance file and all the temp files that came with the update.

Our server co has allegedly rolled back the site to a previous working day, Mainly the database by the looks.

Can anyone help me or provide any suggestions as to how I get my wp-admin up and running again?

it is worth saying that the frontend of the site works fine. .htaccess and everything all working no problem at all.
