• I got Apache/2.0.50 (Win32), PHP/5.0.3-dev, and MYSQL 4.020d installed on my computer.
    When the installation reaches:
“What is the web address of your WordPress installation? (We probably guessed it for you correctly.)
    http://localhost/wordpress
    On to Step 3…”
If I push the button to the next step, the following two Windows messages appear:
    Apache.exe Error
The instruction at 0x006a589c referenced memory at 0x0000015. The memory could
    not be read.
The instruction at 0x006a589c referenced memory at 0x0000001. The memory could
    not be read.
And since then the directory of wordpress can not be accessed through the apache server (cause index.php, I think). In order to solve the problem I have to delete manually the database.
    What do it happen?
    Thanks.

  • He is his own hosting provider 🙁
Memory error is Window$’s fault, not Apache, not PHP, not MySQL.You can try other versions of Apache, PHP and MySQL.

Finally, I’ve solved the problem. It was a problem in my server configuration.

    Thanks.
