 * QandA v1.06
    Was working fine but now gives error: Fatal error: Allowed memory
   size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /home/mtacupun/
   public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 1539 [Page link](http://mtacupuncture.com/acupuncture-solutions/)
   Just realized someone updated the plug in – v 0.2.8 still works fine. Is the
   new version not compatible with WP 3.4.1? [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/q-and-a/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/q-and-a/)

 * This is a site issue – not a plugin specific one. Try [increasing the memory available to PHP](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/253495#post-1017842).

 * Thanks Esmi. No this was definitely the plug in’s compatibility with the WP version.
   I updated the question – reverting to older version fixed it.

 * I beg to differ. The newest version of the plugin may simply use a little more
   memory. This **is** a site issue and you **will** run into again. I would **strongly**
   advise you to only use the most up-to-date versions of any plugin if you want
   to avoid the risk of being hacked.

 * Agreed, but the latest version of the plug in appears to use a _lot_ more memory.
   Increasing the memory didn’t fix it – reverting to an older version of the plug
   in did.
    My next step is to update the WP version and then the plug in, as it
   seems to be okay with the newest WP version.
