    Hello,
    we have some problem with the plugin.

    we often get the following error

    Hello @bsssnc

    Please go to CTX Feed > Status, click on the Copy Status button at the bottom of the page and paste the status here.

    However, we can see from the above status that the time limit is 120, which is quite low. Please, increase it to 300 or more and try regenerating the feed.

    this is the status but the error say “Memory Limit 512Mb exeded” not “Time limit”

    I’m the hosting provider.
    it’s crazy that CTX feed pro need 1024mb when Woocommerce, wpml and all the other plugin require 256mb.
    anche its less then 3000 product (color / size)

    Same issue here.

    We tried 1500M as a limit but still exhausted the memory.

    This is a major flaw in the plugin that needs to be fixed. Don’t waste time trying to correct your settings.

    Hi @bsssnc

    In the system status, we can see the Max execution time is 120, which is quite low. Also, you have more than 9k variations. So, you can try the below to resolve this issue –
    – Increase the PHP Max execution time to 300 or more.
    – Try variable dependable from here as the number of variations is higher than variables.
    – Also, increase the PHP memory limit.
