 * The Memcached extension has already been enabled in Hostinger’s hPanel. One of
the two websites on the same server can use Memcached correctly, but the Litespeed
plugin’s object cache page for this website consistently displays [Memcached
extension: Disabled; Redis extension: Enabled; Connection Test: Failed]. Attempts
to enable and connect to the Memcached extension using both PHP versions 8.3
   and 8.4 have failed.
Additionally, the Litespeed plugin error message [LiteSpeed
Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check
your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.]
is constantly displayed at the top of the WordPress dashboard. Please advise on
how to resolve these two issues. Thank you!Report Number: **KIWWDOQS**Browser:

   Hello 🙂1) Searching
internet a little bit, I found this article: [https://www.hostinger.com/support/6099689-how-to-manage-object-cache-for-wordpress-websites-at-hostinger/](https://www.hostinger.com/support/6099689-how-to-manage-object-cache-for-wordpress-websites-at-hostinger/)
Does this help?2) I tried a API request from our QC servers and the response
show there are some limitations to API response. Do you have some code OR setting
that restrict the response? Or server have some limitations?

 * I can confirm that I have enabled object caching and activated the Memcached
extension in both Hostinger’s hPanel and the Litespeed plugin in WordPress. I
have two websites hosted on this server, and they use nearly identical themes,
plugins, and settings. However, only the website I created earlier shows [Memcached
extension: Enabled; Redis extension: Enabled; Connection Test: Success] on the
Litespeed plugin page, while the website I created later shows [Memcached extension:
Disabled; Redis extension: Enabled; Connection Test: Failed]. Strangely, my server
configuration actually only supports Memcached and does not support Redis.
 * And, both websites are displaying error messages related to the Litespeed plugin[
LiteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints.
Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard
   for more details.]
 * Please review Report Number: **KIWWDOQS**, and help me resolve these two issues.
   Thank you very much!

 * did hostinger offer you memcached or redis ? and if so , do you know the connection
info such as host, port , user/pass if need ?
 * for QC connection , do you have any plugin or security measure that disables
   REST API ?

 * Yes, Hostinger offers memcached. As I mentioned earlier, another website on this
server is already successfully connecting to the Memcached extension. The host(::
   1) and port (11211) are set to their defaults, and no username or password is
   required.
I haven’t set up any security measures to restrict access to the
REST API. Do you have any suggestions for resolving these two issues?
