Memcache not installed and can’t select it

    Hello
    I can’t select memcached for my website and the compatibility test says it’s not installed. I deactivated and removed W3TC completely, purged cache and then re-installed the plugin but I still can’t select it. How do I fix it?

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    In order to be able to select Memcached as a caching method in W3 Total Cache, you need to install Memcached PHP extension on your server.
    Make sure to restart your server after the installation is complete.
    After these steps, Memcached will be available as a caching method in W3 Total Cache.
