Memberships or something else?

I have a wordpress plugin that allows the user to create designs. I would like to allow multiple users and have their accounts separate and their designs separate so they can’t access each others’s information.

Ideally, it would be great to have the dashboard appear to each user as if they were the only user showing only their content after login.

Is this possible, and if so – how?
