Ok I am using Membership Lite, but will definitely have to move to the Premium version as I have more than 2 levels of membership.

I have two questions before I buy the product:

    1. I am having issues with the Menu feature for each members levels. When one type of membership level logs in, I want them to see a different menu than say a non-member or different user. I know you have this feature set up and have tried to get it to work – but every time I log in with the menu does not add the new Menu items I want. Is this a bug or am I just not doing something right?

    2. Once logged in the WordPress Admin Bar always appears – how do I get rid of this? I want my user experience to be entirely front end and have no access to any admin part of WordPress.

Thank you for your time and I appreciate any effort to help.

    Cheers

  • Hiya!

On point 1 can you explain to me exactly how you’ve set up the menu so that I can check it’s correct?

On 2 I believe you will just need to disable the admin bar through one of the various methods.

    Cheers,
    Phil

    To Philip,

    Thanks for the reply.

On point 1 I have set up the menus in the Appearance > Menu area. I setup two different menus, one for Standard (Stranger Visitor to the site) and the other for Member A (A subscriber with certain privileges) However, once logged in as Member A the menu did not change.

Let me know if you need more info.

    Cheers,

    Luke

    Hi Luke,

Did you add your menu into the negative rules for Member A?

    Phil

    To Philip,

Excellent I understand now. That works great.

Cheers for the help, I will get my client to buy the product.

    Luke
