    I am using woocommerce subscriptions gateway with learnpress.

    Some users lose access (I guess randomly) and their membership levels as a “Student” ate gone much before their payment cycle is due.

    They seem to be active subscribers but their membership levels are reset like they didn’t purchase anything.

    How can I solve this?

    In their user panel it says “Not paying.”

    But I can see they paid and are an active subscriber

    Hi @overdriver

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Please can you tell me more about your membership level settings for this user such as billing cycles, billing period, expiration date etc.

    Does your membership level have recurring billing and an expiration date set?

    When you refer to “Paid and active subscriber” are they showing up under the Member’s List or are you referring to your payment gateway dashboard?

    The Thimpress team maintains the LearnPress Add On for Paid Memberships Pro. If you are using that, you can follow up with their paid support.

    If you are using our PMPro WooCommerce Add On, note that that Add on will remove membership when a user’s subscription in WC Subs is cancelled or if the order the user checked out with changes status away from success. You might want to look into these things.
