I have not yet installed this plug-in, but thank you in anticipation for all the work done in compiling this plug-in. It certainly looks very manageable for my level of competence.
We have a small membership base (Clan Cameron NSW Inc) with a free open source website. I would like to set-up two levels of access. 1. Free 2. Access to some content for our members only, who have already paid $30-$35.00 membership of our association.

Is it possible to have our current members gain an access level to that restricted content without being directed to another “membership payment” portal, as they have already paid? That is, I don’t want them to have pay to register.

    Thank you,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Please read the following introductory instructions to our plugin. This will help you understand how it works.

I think your best option is to manually create/add the paid members already in your site into the members area in our plugin using the following instructions. This will eliminate issues in the future.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you

Thank you for your prompt reply Chad.
I have made a start but I am having great difficulty adding members, as there is no “save button” when I enter the member details.
I have saved 3 members only, after many many attempts and failures. The best that I can do his hit “enter” which doesn’t work either.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks again Chad.
It appears that there was a problem with my personal email, which is registered elsewhere (or something) so it was causing a block. I’ve used a different email for me and so now all solved.
Sincere appreciation for your support and for this developing this plugin.
    Chris
