Membership level no showing on form

    Hi

    I have created various membership levels in the same way as the categories. The categories are showing up okay on the form but the membership level is not.

    Please, could you advise?

    Please could someone come back to me it now becoming very urgent as my client wants to send out renewal notices but can’t if people can’t pay online through the plugin.
