Membership level does not work on more than one page

When trying to set page restrictions it is not possible to set these on more than one screen . The update button sets all the restrictions on all the screens except the current one to off.

BTW Why can I not find Felix on the Smartcat website?
I do not necessarily want a free plugin and am willing to pay, but not until I have checked out the functionality works.
