Hi,
I am creating a membership website where the user can purchase different plans. Now, my concern is:
The user is running with the membership plan A for example with an expiration time of one month.
And after 15 days he decided to choose plan B which has an expiration time of three months.
So, when he/she changed the membership level instead of getting 15 days of previous membership and 90days of new membership which makes total of 105 days of his membership on my website he gets only 90days.

Meaning when user changes membership level all his/her previous record lost. So, how to deal with that? Does anyone have a similar issue like me?

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

This is default behavior of Paid Memberships Pro when switching between levels.

We do have a Proration Add On available that will help adjust the price so user’s can pay the difference when upgrading to a more expensive membership level – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/proration-prorate-membership/
