Membership confirmation email not working

    Hi,

    What’s the site’s default language? Did you enable the Email HTML option?

    The site’s language is french, HTML Email is enabled

    Hi,

    Please create the following directories in your theme folder
    /your-theme/ultimate-member/templates/email/fr_FR/

    Copy all html files from /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/email/
    to the /fr_FR/ directory.

    Test the email and let me know if this resolves the issue.

    It worked!
    Actually I had to force the emails through TLS Smtp. For some reasons, the server was filtering certain emails.
