Membership 2 and WP API

Hi Membership team,

I need help connected with getting user roles or status into the third party app. Here is what I am trying to do. I am using Membership 2 plugin and here I have active and suspended users. To get the user roles to my third party app I am using WP Rest API plugin. I think this is the way to do it, but if you have a different suggestion, I will be grateful to know.

So if WP Rest API is the way to go, I am using Membership 2 as a custom post type, but can not find custom post type name. Please provide me the correct name of membership as a custom post type, so that I can pull the data. If it is not possible, please let me know if I need to use another function.

Any other advice or suggestion of people who did something like this or ever faced the issue, will be much appreciated.
