 * I have a client with a list of members that don’t have emails. I know that the
   members are tied to the WP user, but is there a way to add the members with out
   emails?

 * I’m afraid, WordPress doesn’t allow to add users/members without an email address.

 * Thanks for the reply.. after more searching.. I did find this plug-in Import 
   users from CSV which allowed me to import users without emails..
