Members searching members?

    I’m interested in using this plugin but before I do, I have two questions:

    1) can members search among other members, using profile elements to sort?
    2) is it possible to allow free members to see a portion of another member’s profile, and then to get access to all of the other member’s profile info only after paying for an upgraded membership? Basically, I want to allow members to search one another, but to obtain contact info only if they become paid members.

    Hi @annvb1,

    1. Yes, you can add a search section to the members page, however, it is a basic search which means that you can’t add sorting options and conditionals. We have plats to improve search section in the future updates.

    2. Yes, it is also possible, you can set different access settings for individual fields on the profile form.

    So in the basic search capability, what would be the search criterion among members? name only, for example?

    Hi @annvb1,

    You can search among all built in Ultimate member field types, except custom filed types.
